1. Acceptance

By installing or using the software, you are deemed to accept the applicable license / terms. If you do not accept, cancel installation and do not use the software. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read informational content.

2. License grant

You are granted the right to use the ARES POS application only within the license you legally obtained. This is a grant of use, not a sale; ownership remains with the publisher.

3. Restrictions

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code (statutory exceptions reserved)
Breaking license keys or protection mechanisms
Reselling, renting, or sublicensing without written permission
Use for malware distribution or unlawful purposes

4. Commercial use and data responsibility

ARES POS is commercial software designed for retail / point-of-sale scenarios. It provides sales, stock, reporting, register, and ledger management. It is not a substitute for legal fiscal devices. Accuracy of sales, stock, ledger, and financial records is the business's responsibility. This site does not claim any tax authority or official fiscal approval.

5. Data and backup

Application data is stored on the user's computer by default. Protecting the database, backups, and license files is primarily the user's / business's responsibility. Regular backups are recommended.

6. Warranty and liability

Software may be provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties may be disclaimed; mandatory consumer or commercial protections remain. These clauses require legal review.

7. Updates and support

Support channels are announced by the publisher. A controlled update infrastructure may be used. See Contact and Support.

8. Termination

License may end if terms are violated. Uninstall may remove application files; customer data may remain by default.
